Motivation and goals: end procrastination and start doing the things you keep saying you are going to do!
Researchers say motivation is an internal state or condition (sometimes described as a need, desire, or want) that serves to activate or energize behavior. These are some definitions:
· an internal state that activates behavior and gives it direction;
· a desire that energizes and directs goal-oriented behavior;
· the influence of needs and desires on the intensity and direction of behavior;
· the arousal, direction and persistence of behavior.
Studies show that with hypnosis we can tap into these conditions to increase our motivation.
